Our Story
The Order of the Warrior’s roots trace back to 2020 when Zach Thomas, fueled by a desire to offer his oldest son, Harris, meaningful experiences and a challenging rite-of-passage, began crafting a guide. As a Cub Scout Den Leader, frustrations with disengaged parents using scouting as a babysitter, female gender inclusion in the Boy Scouts, and Scouting’s evolving diversity motivated him to enroll his son in the Lone Scout program. However, this program was not enough, he also wanted to instill Biblical values and the warrior ethos in his son. The concept of the Order of the Warrior took shape and he acquired the domain OrderOfTheWarrior.com with the foresight that one day he might share this plan with others.
